Bill Kitchin told me one afternoon that I could have a hotdog
at the White River Gill in Rockaway Beach Missouri pretty much anyway I wanted
it made. I told him I wanted an
authentic Chicago-style Hotdog. He said, ‘No problem’.
So, I stopped by his restaurant one afternoon and ordered
just that. I must apologize for the picture as; a) I was famished and b) it was
a darn good meal! However, I think you’ll
get the idea that the food served there is pretty darn tasty!
