Forsyth MO. - Coming to ya,
Saturday, September 10th will be an event that I personally have
always enjoyed.
Forsyth Fun Day has always been held in Shadowrock
Park, (whenever it wasn't flooded). The day features fun events for
the kids and centers around an area wide BBQ style cook off with
awards going to the best prepared of a number of BBQ'd meats that the
public gets to enjoy! I did a
short
video way back in 2009 that tried to capture the experience. The
bottom line for me is the awesome food along with the chance to run
into folks you might not have seen for a while.
