I had the pleasure, and I do mean pleasure of stopping in the Mobile One Express Auto Service Center located at 194 Coy Blvd. in Forsyth recently for two reasons. One, the folks there are friendly and professional with the sort of ’can do’ attitude that seems missing sometimes in America. Two, I’ve come to rely on them to tackle about any kind of problem that might arise with my vehicle. The gentleman known as JD in the photo, standing next to Renee Goodman (the owner) is about as nice as they come. He is fast, thorough and an expert at what he does, which is just about everything when it comes to cars.

Dan, I am no longer a fan of Mobil 1 Express Auto. I had a serious issue arise after they performed service on my vehicle. I have been in retail most of my life and know that every company has problems arise. How they are handled is what separates the good ones from the not so good ones.
ReplyDeleteI fully agree that no company is perfect. I've also had some issues, but they were resolved. You might want to give them another chance as I think they are doing the best they can to make it in a very tough market.
